Mindset Training - Neuro Linguistic Programming, Timeline Discovery & Hypnosis
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is how we use the language of the mind to achieve our outcomes. We can use it to remodel our behavioural patterns and change the way we think and act. It can be used for anxieties, phobias, fears, removing habits, weight loss, improving confidence, setting goals and performance enhancement.
NLP, Timeline Discovery and Hypnosis all make use of the unconscious mind. Up to 97% of your minds power is made of unconscious thought and that is everything you are not aware of! Most of the time, when we try to rid ourselves of a habit or negative emotion we use only conscious thoughts like willpower and logic instead of changing our unconscious behavioural patterns.
These techniques tap into your unconscious mind and change the way you DO your behaviour. You do not need to revisit your issue or re-face a fear but instead take the negative emotions away from the memory.

Sessions can take place face to face or on Zoom. One session can be really useful but usually a course of sessions is required to get on top of the issue. Please feel free to contact me to find out more.

Payment is required up front due to the amount of preparation work required. There are also some tasks for you to carry out prior to the session(s).
