Over the years I have developed more and more soft tissue skills in order to restore function and reduce pain. I have a range of tools to help and I am happy to either use them in isolation or combine them to great effect.

I have also been developing the mindset side especially in relation to sports and our innate Flight-Fight System. I am a Sport Scientist, NLP Coach and a Licensed user of the Mental Toughness Questionnaire which measures your levels of Control, Commitment, Confidence and Challenge.    

I treat all ages and activity levels and aim to keep treatment affordable and to your benefit.
