About me...
I have been qualified for over 15 years, working with the general public and with both amateur and professional sports people. I have been the therapist and pitch side first aider for the Minehead Barbarians RFC since 2017. I also treat animals, specialising in horses and dogs.
I offer mindset coaching and also assessment and the development of Mental Toughness using AQR's Mental Toughness Questionnaire. I also offer online courses in Equestrian and Sports Mental Toughness and developing psychological skills.
